Dianne’s Famous Baked Chicken
5-minute prep time!

1 whole (or 8 to 10 pieces) Chicken, rinsed and dried
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
Baked Chicken2 pkgs of natural Italian Salad Dressing Mix
Garlic Salt
Potatoes & Carrots

Place chicken in a baking dish with potatoes and carrots. 

Pour balsamic vinegar over ingredients and sprinkle with Italian salad dressing mix and garlic salt.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 500° or until lightly browned.  Cover and bake for an additional 45 minutes.

Note:  Check to make sure your oven is not too hot.
