BBQ Corn on the Cob
Soak the corn, husk and all for about 15 minutes. Then gently pull back husk and remove silk (silky strands behind husk).
Brush a little Olive Oil onto the kernels then season with a little Salt, Pepper and Garlic.
Pull husk back over cob and place on grill. Continually turn cobs to evenly char husk on all sides.
After charred then place on warming rack or sides of grill and continue to grill with lid closed for 15 minutes. Corn is done when kernels burst when pressed. Pull back husk and enjoy!
