Cabbage Salad with Grilled Chicken
Boneless, skinless Chicken Pieces, chopped or cubed
1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
3 cloves Garlic, minced
Juice of 1 Lime
Garlic Salt & Pepper
3 different types of Cabbage
Any veggies...such as
Green Pepper, Soy Beans,
Sprouts, Cilantro, Green Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Carrots, Peas, etc.
Marinate chicken in the teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, lime, garlic salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours. Grill chicken on barbeque, oven grill or in a pan. I like to use dark meat, but you can use whatever you like.
While the chicken is marinating, thinly chop up three different types of cabbage; Napa, curly leaf and red are my favorites. Add any veggies you wish and toss salad together. Make the salad dressing. Toss the salad with the dressing and serve with chicken on top.

½ cup Sesame Oil
2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
Garlic Salt & Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds (optional)
