Parmesan & Herb Crusted Calamari
4 Calamari Steaks
¾ cup Oat Bran
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
Dried Dill Weed
Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste
In a bowl, beat eggs. Heat a large fry pan with 1 to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Let the coconut oil get hot. Wash calamari steaks and pat dry. Combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip steaks into egg and then oat bran mixture and place directly into hot pan of oil. Sprinkle with dill and garlic salt. Lightly brown one side, then turn. Turn only once. Place on a bed of rice, YUM!
