Grilled Buttermilk Chicken
Deboned Chicken Pieces
1 cup of Low-fat Buttermilk
1 tablespoon fresh Rosemary, chopped
Garlic Salt & Pepper to taste
In a large bowl combine buttermilk, rosemary, salt and pepper. Add chicken to marinade overnight. Heat grill to medium. Oil grates and grill until done. You will love this chicken!
Serve chicken on rice or potatoes and add a green salad.
