Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies
2½ cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1½ cups Maple Sugar or Brown Sugar
1 cup Butter (2 sticks) softened
1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
2 cups Semisweet Chocolate Morsels
Put all of the ingredients together in a bowl and mix them carefully, but don’t overmix.
Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
