French Dip Sandwiches
French Dip
Your favorite Baguette or French Roll
1 to 2 pounds nitrate-free, sliced Roast Beef
“Vegenaise” Mayo
2 slices Jack Cheese (optional)
“Better Than Bullion” A Jus

Slice the bread down the middle and grill under a broiler until light brown. Heat the meat up in a pan and spread mayo on both sides of bread.  On one side of bread place a nice pile of meat and on the other side place the slices of cheese.  Put it back under the broiler and melt the cheese. You may also want to sprinkle the meat with garlic salt. Meanwhile heat up a cup of a jus. Slice the sandwich into several pieces so that it can be dipped into the broth. Yum!
