Salmon Cakes
Approximately 4 pounds baked or poached Salmon
½ cup good quality Mayonnaise or Vegenaise
Salmon Cakes1/8 cup Teriyaki Sauce with
    Ginger

2 tablespoons Dill Weed
3 Eggs
2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
    (more or less)
½ cup Oat Bran
1/8 cup Oat Flour
¼ cup Olive Oil

Pull the bones from the salmon and shred into a bowl.  Add the mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce with ginger, dill weed and eggs.  Mix all ingredients well.  Add garlic salt to taste.

Form patties, the size of a good size hamburger, patting the sides. Combine the oat bran, oat flour and garlic salt (to taste) in a bowl and dip the patties into the mixture.

Pour ¼ cup olive oil into a large skillet over medium heat.  Add patties and brown one side.  Turn only once.  Brown second side and devour! 
These delicious Salmon Cakes are even great cold.
