
½ cup Real Maple Syrup
2 Cinnamon Sticks, plus 6 sticks for serving
6 cups Apple Cider
6 whole Allspice Berries
1 Orange Peel, cut into pieces
1 Lemon Peel, cut into pieces
Pour the apple cider and maple syrup into a large stainless steel pot and heat. Cider should become very hot, but do not let it boil. Place the rest of the ingredients on a clean piece of cheese cloth and tie it closed. Add a string onto the bundle of spices and drop into the pot of very hot cider for 30 minutes. Take out the spice bundle and pour the cider into cute, pre-warmed mugs. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve with a cinnamon stick.
