Coconut Oil
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Sage
Preheat oven to as high as 500°.
Rub the entire turkey with coconut oil, garlic salt, pepper, and sage. Place the turkey in a Dutch oven-style baking pan and place in oven without the lid, until seared. Cover and continue baking at 500° until done. (Use meat thermometer)
