Cheaters BBQ Chicken

5 or more pounds chicken pieces (dark meat is more moist and tasty)
Salt & Pepper
bbq chickenYour favorite BBQ Sauce
Coconut Oil (for grill)

Rinse chicken and place pieces in a large soup pot. Cover with water and bring to boil on high for approximately 15 to 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked but not falling off the bone. Remove from heat and drain.

Turn on your BBQ or Grill.

Pace boiled chicken pieces in a large bowl, cover with BBQ sauce, then place on grill.

Remember, they are already cooked, so grill them for only about 10 minutes to finish off.
