Herb Crusted Calamari

Calamari 4 Calamari Steaks
3 Eggs
Coconut Oil
Dried Dill Weed
Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste

In a bowl, beat eggs.  Heat a large fry pan with 1 to 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Let the coconut oil get hot. Wash calamari steaks and pat dry. Dip steaks into egg and place directly into hot pan of oil. Sprinkle with dill and garlic salt. Lightly brown one side, then turn. Turn only once. Place on a bed of rice, YUM!
