(Healthy Chicken-fried Steak)
4 Cube Steaks
½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
Garlic Salt & Pepper to taste
¼ cup Olive Oil for frying steak
Heat oil in frying pan. Flour steaks and then garlic salt & pepper both sides. Place steaks in frying pan and brown each side. You can tell the steaks are done when you see the juices seeping from the top.
Serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie.
