
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
½ cup low fat Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons of Olive Oil
3 Plum Tomatoes, coarsely chopped
4 Scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced
4 pieces Chicken, cooked and sliced
Salad Greens
Whisk first 6 ingredients together, add sliced chicken and mix. Pour over mixed salad greens. Yum!
