2 pans baked Cornbread
1? 3 loaves 100% WHOLE WHEAT BREAD
4 EGGS

3 stalks CELERY, chopped
1 to 2 bunches fresh PARSLEY, finely chopped
3 cloves GARLIC, finely chopped
4 cups CHICKEN BROTH
2 sticks SALTED BUTTER, melted
HONEY, if needed for sweetening
2 teaspoons SAGE
1 teaspoon THYME
A few teaspoons POULTRY SEASONING, optional
In a large bowl, crumble bread and corn bread then add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Taste the mixture, if it needs more salt or butter, you can add as needed.
