
1 bag fresh Cranberries washed and
picked over
½ Orange, 3 tablespoons grated rind
and the rest juiced
Stevia or Sugar to taste
In a food processer, place fresh cranberries, grated orange rind, the juice from ½ of an orange, and stevia or sugar to taste. Pulse the food processer until desired puree. I like mine a little chunky. If you need to add some orange juice, add small amounts at a time! Refrigerate for up to two weeks.
This is so healthy for you! Use it every day or serve as a healthy desert… and of course serve cold with turkey!!
