Fish Tacos Fish Tacos

2 pounds mild White Fish
2 cups Red Cabbage, shredded
¼ cup Cilantro, coarsely chopped
¼ cup plus 3 tablespoons red Salsa
Salt to taste
Package of Corn Tortillas (large)
Olive Oil for frying

Fry or bake the fish. Fry tortillas in olive oil. Place cooked fish into tortillas and top off with cabbage, cilantro, and salsa. Add tomatoes or whatever else you want.
