Teriyaki BBQ Salmon
Fillet of Salmon pieces
Olive Oil Spray
Garlic Salt, to taste
Teriyaki Sauce

Saturate BBQ grill with olive oil spray. Also spray olive oil on skin side of fillet and place on a hot grill, sprinkle with garlic salt. You will cook the fillet mostly on the skin side—then turn fillet over, remove skin, and sprinkle with garlic salt. When you are ready to finish (otherwise it will burn), brush teriyaki sauce on and turn fillet again. Brush on the other side, turn again. Whamo!…done in a few minutes minutes…don’t overcook.
