Lamb Chops with Asparagus

lamb chops3 tablespoons Butter
5 cloves Garlic, minced
Fresh Lemon Juice
Garlic salt & pepper

In a good frying pan melt butter and sauté the garlic for a few minutes. Add the lamb chops and swirl around on both sides to cover with the butter and garlic. Garlic salt and pepper chops.  Only cook 2-3 minutes on each side, retaining a nice pink in the middle.  To finish, squeeze fresh lemon juice on each side and sear them for a minute or so!  Serve with asparagus and pilaf or brown rice.

Wash and take off the hard parts. Place into fry pan that lamb chops were cooked and swirl around until covered with the flavoring. Cook until done—but not limp.
