Maple Glazed Ham

2 cups apple cider
½ cup apple jelly
½ cup pure maple syrup
¼ cup whole-grain mustard
½ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Preheat the oven as directed on the ham package and follow the instructions for baking the ham. Remove the ham from the oven about 30 minutes before the end of the warming time.

For the maple glaze, boil apple cider in a saucepan over medium-high heat until reduced to 1/2 cup (8 to 10 minutes). Reduce the heat to low and add remaining ingredients. Simmer over a medium heat to make a thick glaze.

Spoon glaze over the ham and bake for the remaining 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer to a cutting board to carve.
