Mushroom, Onion & Cabbage Stir-fry

mushroom stir fry2 tablespoons coconut oil
4 to 6 cups brown rice, cooked in
    chicken or vegetable broth
1 whole sweet onion, sliced
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
½ head of Napa cabbage, sliced
Carrots, optional
Garlic salt
2 teaspoons of sesame oil, optional
Teriyaki sauce, to taste

In a saucepan heat coconut oil to a fairly high temperature. Add onions and quickly sauteé. Add mushrooms then finally cabbage sautéing after each. Season with garlic salt. Add brown rice and stir-fry all ingredients. When done, add sesame oil and a little teriyaki sauce for added flavor. Yum!
