4 – 8 Pork chops, depending on thickness of cut (I prefer thin)
1/8 cup pure maple syrup (for 8 thin chops)
Garlic salt & pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon butter
Heaping spoonful coconut oil
Add butter and coconut oil to frying pan and bring heat to almost the smoking stage. Dredge chops in oat flour and cook for 2-3 min (1-2 minutes for thin chops) on each side. Don’t overcook as they will become too dry.
Drizzle pure maple syrup over chops, turning chops over once.
Remove chops from pan, leaving the drippings.

Pan drippings
1/2 can coconut cream (or milk)
Garlic salt and pepper
Wisk coconut cream and garlic salt and pepper in frying pan with the drippings.
When smoothly blended and tasty, pour over pork chops. Oh yum!
