
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
2 stalks Celery, chopped
5 cups Water
1 Bay Leaf
3 Potatoes, chopped
7 oz. cooked, de-boned Salmon
Garlic Salt & Pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups Cream
Fresh Dill & Chives
Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add chopped onions, celery and sauté them until translucent.
Fill a soup pot with the water. Add bay leaf, sautéed onions, celery and chopped potatoes. Bring to a boil for 15 minuets, then turn on low. Add cooked, de-boned salmon, garlic salt and pepper to taste. Add the cream and smoked salmon. Garnish with fresh dill and chives.
