Healthy Stewed Chicken with Gravy

stewed chicken1 package chicken thighs
2-4 tablespoons coconut oil
Garlic salt & pepper
1 can coconut milk
White wine
1 teaspoon maple syrup


Place chicken in heated pan with coconut oil, garlic salt and pepper. Sauté on both sides until done, then remove only the chicken from the pan. For the gravy, add the coconut milk and maple syrup to the drippings and blend, stirring on medium heat. Add the chicken back to the gravy and serve over pasta for the “best chicken of your life!”
