Fresh Sourdough or whole-wheat baguette
Brie or Laughing Cow low-fat, low-cal cheese
Fresh basil leaves

Balsamic vinegar
Garlic salt
Pepper
Find a really fresh sourdough or French baguette. Slice it down the middle and lay flat. Spread cheese (or place slices) on both sides. Lay tomato slices on one side of the bread and basil on the other. Drizzle tomato slices with vinegar and sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper to taste—oh yum, yum!!
