
½ Sweet Onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup of Oat Flour
Garlic Salt & Pepper to taste
2 heaping tablespoons Coconut Oil
In a large fry pan, heat coconut oil. Dredge squash and onion in oat flour. When oil is hot, sauté vegetables until lightly browned on both sides. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Yum!
